Files that were once part of the "Include" section and then
changed to the "Exclude" sections are treated by ADSM as
if they were deleted from the local file system.

The file will be expired on the next incremental and
the "retain only backup version" will take effect.

Currently the only way to purge all copies of a single
file on the server is to setup a new Management Class
which keeps 0 versions of the file. Run an incremental
while the files is still on the local FS and specify
this new MC on an Include statement for that file.
Next change the Include/Exclude so the file now is
excluded. The next incremental will expire the file
under the new policy which will keep 0 inactive versions
of the file.
