The actual text of the message is
ANR9999D tcpcomm.c(352): Unknown TCPIP Failure. Return Code=xx
where xx is the errno value. Can you provide the PMR #?
I have not heard of the problem and would be the person that
person that service would have ordinrily contacted.
From that errno value, you could find the error in /usr/inlcude/sys/errno.h.
If trace is on, it will write the error text to stdout.
