Good note Jerry.  I agree with all of it.  I also would very much like to
see this addressed at the next PTF level.  I am willing to not distribute
the PTF 5 code to our users, and wait for the next PTF level, if these
packaging issues can be addressed.  Indeed, I probably will not be able to
distribute the PTF 5 code anytime soon, BECAUSE of the re-packaging that
was done.
