Hello Elvin,

We backup several OpenMail servers with ADSM and I can give you the
statistics for one of them we collect using ADSM accounting records
on our VM server.
I do not have access to the client side statistics.

Average Incremental Backup time is : 4963 seconds
Average number of Objects : 23872
Average size (MB) of objects : 49
Average size (MB) between client and server : 61

right now a query occupancy of the client gives me 515,340 files for
a total size of 2,197.63 MB.

The backup is almost well understood but sometimes we have very long
backup sessions : more than 8 hours and a huge part of it is in "Idle
Time" in the accounting records. I'm wondering what really means this
Idle time .. maybe the UNIX box is really busy doing something else ..
I really do not know and was about to look at that more carefully.
