Thanks to Dave Cannon. To clarify:
A call to IBM support has been initiated and has passed Level 1; we are
awaiting callback from Level 2.
- This is one physical client enrolled under (2) different names in (2)
different management classes.
- Each management class has distinct & separate storage pools and
nextstgpools.
- The tape mount call is coming across storage pools & management
classes.
