Check the CA1 utilities and reporting manual --- I think it was the
VMSEDIT part of the manual. If you sent out the cartridges out and not to
come out until they have expired. Cartridges should go out in a slot
system method. I have a problem now because my installation sends everything
out in metal boxes and not by slot ----- (low bid) . Management is
beginning to see the light and will be converting over to a vendor who
supports slots.
