The file 'hpux.v2r1m4.IP20824.README.ftp' in the /adsm/fixes/v2r1/hpux/10.0
indicates that you use swinstall to install it. I'm not an HP-UX expert so
I don't know whether this is 'update' or 'pkg'. But that README.ftp file tells
you how to install it. I hope this helps.
