Hello:

You can perform an audit license through an admin command schedule more
frequently than once every 30 days.  This should prevent the automatic
AUDIT LICENSE from running.  The automatic AUDIT LICENSE is kicked off
when the number of days since the last license audit that completed
successfully exceeds the maximum allowable time between licnese audits.

In addition if you have not already seen it take a look at APAR PN77064.
If you apply the fixing PTF UN87800 (sever level 0.7/0.7 or higher) then
you can add NOAUDITSTORAGE to your server options file.  This will prevent
the audit license from calculating the storage usage for each of the
clients which will cut down the time and CPU usage for the AUDIT LICENSE.
