I think this issue has been accurately responded to by many IBMers...but
since I was quoted, I thought I better reiterate...we do watch these lists..
we do use these as key input to requirements decisions...I have created
specific requirements in our database based on discussions here....I have
verified many others that we already had in our database.....no, I do not
(and don't guarantee to) create requirements for each item....and these
are not formal requirements, so we don't give a formal response to the
requirement....hope this helps clarify...(sorry I was slow, I've been
