We have recently installed ADSM(AIX) with a single 3590 tape drive. We have
completed the configuration of ADSM and labeled a number of Volumes. On
attempting to CHECKIN these Volumes we have no success. ADSM seems to
recognise the tape labels but will not check them into the specified
library. The tape drive is set to random mode and the magazine is in a
locked state.
Any suggestions !!!!!
