Diane, the command you are looking for is RESTORE VOLUME <volser>.

However, I strongly recommend that you review the following material before
doing the restore(s):

   - From the ADSM Administrator's Guide: Chapter 14. Recovering Data, section
     Recovery from Media Loss
   - From the ADSM Administrator's Reference: RESTORE VOLUME
