Please forgive that this isn't directly ADSM software related.

In the initial stages of implementing ADSM (MVS), our staff are finding this
mailing list very useful.  It would be more so if we could hold the information
in some kind of data base or easily-referenced format.
Ever one for the easy option, can anyone suggest a suitable method or utility
they may have found useful ?
