We are trying to set up a server backup schedule on our MVS server which is
now running ADSM V2.1.03 to utilize ADSM 2.1 server backup utilities.  The
procedure we are trying to follow for the server backup is:

1. nightly incremental backup of storage pools (backup, archive, tape pool)
2. nightly  incremental backup of the datbase
3. full weekly backup of the database

The question I have is regarding 1.  How is one to estimate how big to make
the copy storage pool to use the 'backup stgpool' command?  If one does not
want to use 'backup stgpool' what other ways are people using to backup the
server storage pools?  What procedures and methods are people using to
backup their adsm server?
