fyi...if you have tcpip on your mvs system, you may want to
consider using tcpip as your comm method for your TSO admin
client as well.  The IUCV comm method was sort of a stop gap
solution and it has some quirks.  We are slowing phasing out the
IUCV comm method and it may become unavailable in the future...
