About a year ago there was an APAR taken (IC08812) on a problem with
the ADSM Novell client prompting for a password unpredictably even when
you had a valid .PWD file. The APAR is closed. Is the fix available
yet?

   ERROR DESCRIPTION:
ADSM NetWare client does not always honor password file.
Periodically, the NetWare client will issue the prompt:
Please enter NetWare user for "<server-name>"
even though there is a valid .PWD file with the user/password
encryptions. This problem happens very sporadically.

   LOCAL FIX:

PROBLEM SUMMARY: encryption/decryption of password failed
if key less than 6 characters long

PROBLEM CONCLUSION: must programatically null out entire
key string before encryption/decryption routine is called

TEMPORARY FIX: increase ADSM password length or turn
   authentication off
