We had a system admin restore an entire disk containing users home
directories to an Ultrix client running Version 2. Our server is on
MVS at V1R1M9. The data worked was restored fine, but the file ownerships
and permissions were not ( root and 600). Is there a problem with the
V1R1M9 server which has been fixed in V2 (I have Version 2 server tape
at my desk)?
