Make absolutely sure that all SCSI connections and devices are properly
terminated.  We have seen many errors where SCSI was not properly
terminated.  These exhibit themselves in many ways.  Many times writes go
fine, and most reads also, but you get some errors which are not easily
duplicated.  The device returns rc=0  to the system in most of these
instances.  Make sure your cables are OK and the SCSI bus is properly
terminated.
