Andy/Mike:  I sort of realized the error of my ways in not specifying
          99/365 originally.  I think my remaining complaint know is
          with RMM in that it appears to do validation when passed a
          VOLSER to scratch in the ARCTVEXT exit.  But I'm still inves-
          tigating that aspect.  Thanks for the info.
