Undocumented error with ADSM/2

I received several messages like the one below on the console of ADSM/2

ANR9999D dfcreate.c(671): Unable to free enough cache space, skipping to
next storage pool.

What does this mean ?
What can/should  I do about this ?

Any help appreciated.
