I'm the one responsible for this;  I'm trying to get
off of mainframe mail and am finding out all the
consequences of doing so.  Quite frankly, expecting
"someone" at IBM to fix SAFE and get it transmitted
to all of the machines within IBM just like that
is unlikely, to say the least.  All you can do is
flame people like me when we stumble onto the
problem. :-(  (Not that I know how to avoid it,
anyway).
