Peter,

We have experienced no problems backing up and restoring the Bindery or
any of the volumes (Large volume restores will require nwmemtst.dsk
available on the anonymous FTP site index.storsys.ibm.com) on our Netware
servers.

The only problem we have encountered is very slow restore time and we
are trying to iron out the problems we have found here.  Not all of
the problems are with ADSM, some are in how we have configured Netware.

We are just in the process of starting to add our Novell servers to our ADSM
backups. With the recent flurry of mail regarding backing up a Novell server I
was wondering if anybody could send me a quick note and let me know exactly
how to go about backing up a Novell server in order to guarantee a successful
full restore in the event that is ever necessary. Can ADSM handle the bindery
files okay or is that going to be a problem?
