If the ADSM server did not acknowledge the time change it sounds like
you are using C/370 and do not have the time information for C/370
configured properly. Please take a look at IBM C/370 Installation
and Customization Guide GC09-1387-00 page 135-137. I beleive you
want DSTSTM=4,DSTSTW=1. ADSM uses the C library calls to convert the
GMT that it gets from the system to local time for the purpose of
displaying time information.
