Last evening, I issued a QUERY PROCESS command and was startled to note
that the Expiration that was running had expired 8 archive files.

Looking back over the logs for the past five weeks, I see about 3,000
archive files being expired, and I don't understand why.  We intend that
archive files should never be expired.  (We do allow the users to delete
their own archives, however.)

I've just queried all my archive copygroups, and they all say "Retain
Version: No Limit".  And I've queried all my domains, and they all
say "Archive Retention (Grace Period): 9,999".

What's happening here?
