What is Dynatext?

I would like to echo Richard's request for postscript format softcopy.
We have several ways that we can print Postscript, but I have never heard
of Dynatext before.  How does one print it?  Is there a conversion utility
(preferably public domain) that will convert Dynatext to postscript?
