IPX/SPX Problems

Hi...
we have aix/6000 as ADSM Server,
and we have more than 14 Novell servers using IPX/SPX to comunicate
with the server.
Everytime we start the Novell backup we get messages such as :
ANR8278W Error receiving data. and ANR8279W as well.
Did anyone have this problem. Also, we have adsmdos using IPX/SPX and it gives
this problem. also give a message about shortage of memory.
