Hmm, looks like a standard Macintosh install program to me. I'm
happy to see it myself, maybe I can explain a few points which
might make it easier for you.

Well, I'd recommend naming your ADSM folders, ADSM. I thought that
the old binhex'd versions came out that way, could be wrong though.
After starting the installation program and clicking okay you get the
folder installation box, the highlighted folder name (ADSM) maybe
changed to anything you want just by typing on the keyboard. You can,
of course select what folder level you want to install at as well.
Having done this you can install into an existing folder, the
Preferences file isn't touched so you don't have anything to worry about.
I normally advise users to put the ADSM folder at the top level of
thier drive to make installation easier, no searching for the folder
then, they can just use the defaults then. Goes over well here since
that's what most everyone does for MicroSucks Word and Excel.

The above should take care of this problem since you can install to the
existing ADSM folder. You won't have to change the alias.

I just place the install program on a HD disk and use it on the Macs
still only on localtalk. For the rest, I just use a co-workers Mac
and turn on file sharing to one folder where the ADSM install program
is and run the install over the ethernet. Works like a charm.

Hope this helps.
