ADSM VM server and timezone

This morning, our ADSM VM server was a little anxious and did its
noon-time backups at 11am :-(

Both CMS and CP are at V1R2.0.  The ADSM server is at level 0.8/1.8.
Should ADSM be expected to do better with a more state of the art CMS?
