Hello all,

Regarding the discussion below, doesn't this seem WRONG, as in a BUG?
Shouldn't ADSM pass for "SCRTCH" to the tape exit machine?  Unless I'm
convinced otherwise I'm inclined to report this as a problem to IBM.
