I have seen this problem too. However, it wasn't until I read Jim's note
that I understood what is causing it. I agree with Jim, the message isn't
conducive to determining the problem. I had assumed it was a glitch in
TCP/IP. A message that is more indicative of the problem would be
greatly appreciated.
