I have an APAR (closed SUGG) on this problem. Other ADSM clients don't
consider CDROM drives to be in the "ALL-LOCAL" category, so they don't
back them up by default.
The circumvention is to use a DOMAIN statement in your ADSM options
file to list the volumes that you do want backed up. The problem with
this, of course, is remembering to add new volumes to that list.
