Probably this has been answered before, but a quick survey of the
archives didn't turn up anything ...

APARs IC06714 (and cousins 7182, 7188 & 7189 & others) were closed in
April, but still haven't appeared in the latest client PTFs.

Do I need to periodically scan the APAR list and plead for (and ask
others to plead for) certain fixes or is there some other mechanism at
work here?  Enquiring minds want to know :-)
