We are aware of this bug and a fix is in process.  We will post here when
the DB Dump/Load fix is available.  Note the current code works fine, it
just runs a real long time and eats CPU...there is no data integrity
problems with it.  We are working to fix the "long running" and "cpu"
portions of this command.
