Assume the following:

  Keep 5 inactive copies for 90 days if file is active
  Keep 5 inactive copies for 90 days if file is inactive

What does the following "objects deleted" message mean:

Suppose that this is only the second incremental so that there are no
inactive copies of files yet.  Does this mean that 40,501 files are
now marked inactive but still in the repository?

Or, does it mean that 40,501 files were deleted from the repository?

I assume that "expiration" is the process that actually deletes a file
from the repository and this "deleted" message only means that an active
file has been changed to inactive status?
