I have been investigating the accounting records produced by
AdStar. Although there is very useful information in the
records, much of the "Standard VM" type of data is omitted.
One glaring omission is "I/O counts" by the server on behalf of
the client. The "CPU seconds used" field could be a bit more
accurate than whole seconds.
In the area of AdStar specific data, I would like to see
things like "DB Space used (KBytes)", "Total Backup/Archive
Stored (KBytes).

We have been billing our users as long as I can remember. AdStar
requires us to modify our billing system to accomodate ONE
application. It has also caused us to invent new ways of
charging for the same old thing.

In order to make AdStar fly in the Corporate environment,
the billing methodology should easily integrate into
existing systems. Currently, it doesn't.
