The WinSock 1.1 bta for LWP ended in Sept. If you do a version tcpip.exe
you get:
TCPIP.EXE: ...
Version LAN WorkPlace for DOS TCPIP v4.12 (R41-2, 930928)
Copyright (c) 1992, Novell, Inc.
Checksum is 1408F.
This came with the WinSock 1.1 DLLs.
