The Windows client uses the same scheduling method that the Mac does.
However, virtual memory and memory management are a little more
real world on Windows than the Mac.  The Mac requires that the largest
amount of memory needed be set aside when the program is started.  Not
so on Windows.  The memory requirements should be much less - unfortunately,
I don't have an exact measurement.
