Hi, Audit library will only remove tapes from the ITSM library inventory if not present in the libray. It will never checkin tapes that are in the library but not in the ITSM library inventory. Check

That is true, I guess the question is if the library is shared? If it is not shared, then he should check for tapes that are sitting in the library but are not in the private or scratch categories. O

I am going through this now. I see these "FF00" tapes. Once I finish the inventory, 3494 vs. ITSM, I will be checking the extra tapes against the volhist and then proceed to do the checkin step. Than

If there is outstanding tape activity or requests, that inventory will never finsih. If it is going to work, it will complete in just a couple of minutes. You may need to cancel the inventory and the
