James, Your situation can be solved quite simply by setting your pstfiles bu copygroup to FREQUENCY=7 and just include *:\...\* pstfiles. That way it'll only back up every 7 days even if it's been mo

James, I think that better solution is to use FREQUENCY parameter in copy group definition of your new management class. Set it to 7 days if you want to backup .pst files once a week. Then you do not
