I've only implemented Openview once, but I really missed the collection facility (smartsets), and the agent policy manager. And with MLM, if it's a rather large network, Netview scales more cheaply.

There's one other factor I would mention. Although I prefer NetView, I believe OpenView has the greater market share. If you're going to be using certain 3rd-party plug-in applications, this may be a
