- like lots of you are probably doing, i'm running a perl script which connects to adsm via a consolemode administrative command, and then keeps a log and warns me in case of certain erros. the problem

- On my NT system the console monitor session I use is terminated very brutally (but effectively) by the kill command. There has been no evidence of a build up of "phantom" sessions. I run the consolem
