- I have been useing amanda for a few weeks now and am pleased with the results. Though I have had some problems with the labels on the amanda tapes. I have a VXA tape drive and V17 tapes and the label

- have you done any amtapetypes recently? This will erase the label. Other than this i have only ever had one tape loose its label in over 3 years. The tape type looks fine. Tom

- If there was an error messages then now random would it be? I label a tape and after so many dumps amanda would claim that it wasn't labeled? Just asking if my tape settings are correct if so I will
