Clearly, it is obvious why Andy does this. Look at his signature line "GOOD ENOUGH is the enemy of excellence". That says it all. Excellence includes communicating clearly to the customer.

Andy Can you just re-assure us that APAR IC31961 is fixed in 4.2.1.6 for NT. There's no reference to it in the README: ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/tivoli-storage-management/patches/server/NT/4.2.1.6/
