- Hi all, A question on sharing a 3494-Library : We have one 3494-Tape Library with 8 SCSI-Attached 3590E-drives. The Library is connected to an AIX-Server via rs232. The library is only used by TSM. N

- Yes it's possible, we have one 3494 with 16 x 3592 FC Drives. We use the LAN connectivity option to get to the two AIX TSM servers to see the same tap library. We have the same entries in each of the

- As long as you're only sharing the library and not the drives, this is straightforward. The machine with the 3592 drives will have a separate set of categories, I used 400 and 401, which is its way o
