You will have to do some map customization. You cannot move the routers off the IP Internet map unless you create a static submap. Not what you want I think. You could hide the nodes you do not want

In two words, "you can't". As Leslie said, except serial connections there is a network shown bewteen two routers and you will have to learn to live with that. You can consolidate them into locations
