- I can't help you with generating an alert, but... Wouldn't it make sense to set tape reclamation to 100% before the backups begin and put it back to 80% after the backups are done? John G. Talafous S

- Or perhaps explicitly schedule an expire inventory so you can anticipate when drives will be taken up with reclamation. I can't help you with generating an alert, but... Wouldn't it make sense to set
