Is there a command that I can issue from a windows administrative client to see all volumes that a particular node's files reside on? I want to issue a command like: query content * (for all volumes)

Abi asked about a command to see all volumes for a given node. ADSM does not currently provide this support but we are working on this enhancement. We hope to make this available through the service
