Has anyone seen or experienced this problem? It happened about 12 - 15 days after we migrated our server from 3.7.4 to 4.2.0.

I saw exactly the same thing on a windows client. I attempted to open a PMR, but didn't have enough info to follow it through. Based on another note here we set the nodename parameter in the dsm.opt
