The background on the web client matches the background on the server. You could conceivably change the map background color in the OVw file in the /usr/OVapp-defaults directory, but I would not expe

Using background gifs are a pain with NetView because most tools and gifs found don;t support the file format they require. I use gifs often in the generation webpages abd production of presentations

You don't need a suite of graphics tools; all you need is an application that can save images in GIF87a format. There are many but two that come to mind off the top of my head are Paint Shop Pro and
