On NetView for Unix, I can selectively forward traps to another NetView. By default, they go on both TCP and UDP 162. On NetView for NT I can customise trapfrwd.conf but apparently only with port and

Jane, Have you tried changing the snmptrap line in etc/services to have this line instead of staying with 162/udp? snmptrap 162/tcp snmp-trap #SNMP trap Have you tried using 162/tcp instead of just 1
