- Rob, mib2trap only provides you with a starting point for defining a trap. It uses that simple default format, but you can always improve on that by using information from the original MIB. Go to the

- A quick way of getting a definition for ciscoMgmt.293 would be to load the version 1 equivalent of the MIB. Try pointing a browser at ftp://ftp.cisco.com/pub/mibs/v1/CISCO-NS-MIB-V1SMI.my and load it
